In this role, you will:
- Champion a customer‑focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank systems, knowledge, and processes
- Process employee and position data changes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established controls
- Provide effective and timely responses to inquiries related to HR data, position management, and employee lifecycle events from internal stakeholders
- Assess the complexity of data‑related requests, resolving standard transactions independently and escalating more complex or exceptional issues as required
- Act as a point of support for employees, people managers, and HR partners interacting with HR systems, providing guidance within defined procedures
