HR Generalist
Responsabilities:
- Ensure that the recruitment procedure for internal vacancies is carried out correctly.
- Update policies and procedures as needed.
- Processing and administration of trainee insurance.
- Induction and Onboarding
- Contracts and follow-up of trial periods.
- Monitoring and follow-up of company services (canteen service, cabs, transportation).
- Ensure 5's compliance across the department
Requirements and qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 1 year of experience managing general services (cabs, transportation and canteen service).
- Recruitment and selection
- intermediate-advanced English
Pay: $23,****** - $26,****** per month
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
