Overview

PLEA Community Services is currently seeking a Full-Time HR Generalist for our HR team located in Vancouver, BC. The proposed start date for this position is as soon as possible. This position is excluded from BCGEU membership.

What You Will Do

Hours of Work: The usual hours of work in this position are Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, based on 37.5 working hours per week. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to meet departmental needs.

• General HR: Manage the department’s day-to-day operations. Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters. Provide advice and/or services to management regarding all HR functions, including the application of the Collective Agreement, legislation, regulations, and HR policies.
