**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Manage benefits administration and reporting; communicate benefits information to employees
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition,
- Oversee new employee orientation and training including onboarding, sexual harassment prevention
- Guide career exploration with managers and employees
Job Requirements:
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- A solid understanding of employee investigations to resolve issues
- three to five years of HR experience, or seven years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- System savvy - able to quickly learn our HR systems
