Job Summary
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies.
This position will partner with managers and employees to foster a positive work environment, drive HR initiatives, and provide guidance on HR processes.
The role will act as a single point of contact between the Guadalajara office and the HR department in Tampa.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS updates, and prepare reports as needed.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll coordination ensuring accuracy and compliance, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
