The (Site) HR Generalist supports aligning the FORVIA people strategy with local business needs, acting as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for employees.
Responsibilities
Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
Execute local and global HR initiatives such as employee surveys, employer branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
Coordinate external HR service providers
Oversee and supervise onboarding, training and employee development processes
Prepare reports and analyses
Coordinate and conduct employee evaluation and bonus process
Participate in audits and controls regarding managed areas
Maintain close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable
