Conduct New Hire Orientations and ensures acknowledgement and adherence to the TTI Mexico Internal Labor Regulations.
- Support the TTI Corporate Benefit Team by communicating benefit plan changes to employees under the direction of the MX Sr.HR Business Partner.Assist with employee disability administration and worker's compensation.
- Partner with the TTI Corporate payroll team and The Mexico payroll provider with the Sr.HR Business Partner's final approval to ensure accurate and timely processing of the Mexico employee payroll.
- Accountable for maintaining Mexico employee personnel records in accordance with legal and corporate standards.
