Description

• Manage continuous and the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Collaborate with HR counter part from the Philippines to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract young talent.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions with the Clients.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field.
