About This Opportunity
Description
- Manage continuous and the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with HR counter part from the Philippines to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract young talent.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions with the Clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field.
