1.Monitor internal HR systems and databases
2.Implement HR SOPs, policies, processes and guidelines
3.Hands-on experience of employee on-boarding, orientation and exit process
4.Create and present key HR metrics to the Leadership team
5.Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
6.Create / update employee status in SAP and communicate within SLAs
7.Address employees' queries during the entire employee life-cycle
8.Support in HR audits, comply with the Statutory norms and implementation
