:
The Specialist, Global Partner Services will act a high touch HR Operations liaison on Bain's Partner Services HR team.
This role will provide a wide range of dedicated HR support focused on Partner activities across the globe, including the Partner Mobility Program, maintaining Partner SharePoint sites, and data requests.
In addition, they will provide support with a wide range of needs related to talent within the partner population, while collaborating and coordinating with other members of the Global Partner Services and HR teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Provide ongoing support to the Partner Services Team
- Proactively manage Partner documentation and online records, ensuring all information is updated in a timely manner
- Keep all Partner document templates up to date so they are on-brand and accurate with regards to compensation, benefits, and key policies.
