About This Opportunity
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the company's payroll system and processes.
- Analyze payroll policies and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain and manage employee payroll-related data and records.
- Coordinate closely with the Finance and Tax teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and generate periodic payroll reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
- :Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
