For Recruitment support in the Human Resources Department WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major in Human Resources Management and a minimum of two (2) years of exposure in recruiting process. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines on a regular basis in a high-volume environment.
Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook with emphasis on calendar management, Excel, Power point and MS Word.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Understanding of the nature of confidentiality.
Experience in: Managing recruitment process, identifying the right profile, coordinating interviews and support recruitment strategies.
