About This Opportunity
What will you do? - Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.).
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.
- Support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates.
- Collaborate closely with HRBP, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams.
