The HR Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting the Manager, HR Reporting & Analytics in delivering HR insights and reporting solutions through various BI tools including Power BI. Provide data analysis and reporting, system maintenance and support for HR reporting solutions, handles requirements documentation for stakeholder needs, provides user training and support to global users, and manages the deployment of reports in the Power BI app. This role serves as tier 2 support for issues escalated from Employee Services teams and involves close collaboration with HR and non‑HR partners.
