This role will provide hands‑on exposure to benefits administration, total rewards analytics, and cost optimization initiatives , while partnering closely with regional and global Rewards colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or finance , and who is eager to learn how organizations design and manage competitive and cost‑effective rewards programs.
