Reporting to the Senior Manager - HR Digital Transformations & RPA, the RPA Developer role involves driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and human resources teams using systems, tools, and data and managing end-to-end build, test, and deployment.

• Hands‑on experience on RPA tools with UiPath experience is highly preferred.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end build, test, and deployment.
• Clearly understand the design from the project lead to develop the solution for cloud/on‑prem attended, unattended, and hybrid bots.
• Work closely with Process Leads in understanding the functional requirements, and exceptions and provide solution design & architecture.
