Act as a People & Culture Business Partner at ABC Recycling and lead HR initiatives aimed at improving employee experiences in alignment with our sustainability mission. This role supports our Washington-based team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Talent, you will design and implement HR programs to enhance recruitment, team cohesion, and employee engagement. Your understanding of US HR legislation will be vital to the success of organizational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HR solutions to align with ABC’s business strategies
• Assess engagement metrics and turnover trends for improvement
• Oversee talent development and compensation strategy initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field
