In this essential role, you will oversee the configuration and enhancement of HR technology solutions, specifically Dayforce. You will act as the main point of contact between stakeholders from Human Resources, Payroll, and IT, ensuring product ownership is balanced with operational accountability. This position is focused on delivering secure and scalable solutions within an Agile delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead stakeholder engagement and system capability decisions
• Manage Dayforce Time & Attendance configurations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Product Owner or HR Technology roles
