Supported pre-payroll activities, employee transportation, cafeteria services, and ensured compliance with administrative guidelines for the proper management and safeguarding of employee records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Psychology.
• 4+ years of experience in a related position.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes.
• Experience managing or supporting a headcount of 1,500+ employees.
