**What you will do**
This is a key role for running the HR activities to implement and complete the people initiatives for the manufacturing operations.
You will be directly reporting to the Senior HR Manager and acting as a strategic partner to the business leaders, driving their people strategy to deliver the strategic objectives.
You will provide expertise for the full scope of the HR function including employee onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, reward, talent management, payroll processes, and reporting activities, talent development and organizational design.
As a member of the HR team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your expertise to deliver our strategic objectives for the manufacturing facility.
