Your Key Responsibilities - Onboarding follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid)
- Support offboarding process (resignation letter, checklist, technician exit interview)
- KPI Generation and follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid, turnover, absenteeism, low performance)
- Administrative activities for temporary compensations
- Disciplinary policy follow up
- Dashboard HR
Skills - Knowledge of Excel
