**Objective**
This position will support: The HSE team's data collection, classification, analysis, and reporting function oversees creating reliable and easily accessible sources of information that drive decision-making and process prioritization at the plant leadership team and business unit level.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Follow up on industrial safety projects that eliminate/reduce risks and dangers within the Plant.
- Follow-up of initiatives and implementations carried out by plants and/or management, design of new HSE processes.
- Ensure compliance and adherence of their area to the standards of the environmental management system.
Support HSE initiatives to meet area or plant objectives.
- Implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions related to HSE situations at both desk and floor level.
