Main Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and validating all RPM Investment Models to define CAPEX required as part of Annual Plan and Strategic Plan cycles.
Design & manage Hub RPM Governance, as well as driving RPM Maturity & Capability in all Hub OpCos, in close collaboration with Global Planning.
Drive improvement of main RPM KPIs: Circulation Time, Market Loss and Site Loss, through close collaboration with OpCo functions by tracking performance, propose improvement action plans and following up on them.
Active participation in Hub OpCos Annual and Strategic Planning cycles to estimate the amount of CAPEX required to fulfill Demand Plan, in close alignment with OpCos MTs.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning areas.
Excellent written and conversational English.
Excellent analytical skills, as well as use/interpretation of figures and data.
High stakeholder management and communication/networking skills.
