ResponsibilitiesDefining, implementing and/or maintaining overarching HR strategy, policies, and guidelines for VISHAY or assigned entities.Planning and coordinating, and/or implementing HR projects and processes (i.e., programs, initiatives, and surveys, etc.).
Ensuring HR operations and matters (i.e., performance management, leaves or disciplinary matters, disputes, legal claims, etc.).
Identifying organization staffing and recruiting needs, and ensuring or executes effective recruitment programs.Ensuring utilization, or effectively utilizing HR systems and tools (e.g. HRIS systems, HR cloud services, etc.).
