British American Tobacco México has an exciting opportunity for an Human Resources Intern in Monterrey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Intern management for onboarding and offboarding, interns agenda, general support and follow-up.
• Support the deployment of the People Agenda and other initiatives for the departments.
• Management of the departments' communications channels.
• Control and audit employee files and records.
• Support various employee life cycle activities.

What are we looking for?

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, with a projected graduation date of mid-2027 or later.
• Not planning to participate in an exchange program within the next year.
• Available to work 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic workload.
