Job Summary The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the manufacturing facility, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Recruitment & Workforce Planning Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for manufacturing and support roles.
