Job Overview
As part of the Human Resources Operations Services Team, the Human Resources Operations Specialist will support HR, business and functional leaders and employees across the US and Canada while also supporting global colleagues.
The position is dedicated to efficiently and accurately handling a variety of HR transactions specific to the US and Canada, providing excellent customer service support and project leadership & support to the organization as needed.
This role will interact with other HR functional areas to support work and integration in the US and Canada such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compliance, Employee Relations and other enterprise functions.
The position will be located in Juarez, MX and reports into the HR Operations Supervisor in Greenville, SC.
