We’re seeking someone to join our HR Reporting team as a Human Resources Regulatory Reporting & Enablement Lead, responsible for delivering the firm’s HR regulatory reporting and strengthening how HR reporting products are designed and used, so they meet user needs and support well-informed decisions.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Lead the firm’s HR regulatory reporting portfolio, ensuring accurate, timely submissions across reporting cycles and for relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve understanding and effective use of HR reporting products—including self-service dashboards—by strengthening user guidance and simplifying the user experience.
