Responsibilities - Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are complying.
- Recruits hourly indirect labor force using skills testing and interview process.
- Supports Talent Acquisition process for all professional hires.
- Owns the process flow for MTE headcount adds following the requisition process.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Supports the administration of benefit programs such as health, life and disability insurance, pension plans, personal time accrual, leave of absences, and employee assistance.
