Core HR Leadership - Serve as the primary HR authority for US Businesses
- Advise ownership and operations on all employee relations matters
- Maintain full compliance with federal and applicable employment laws
- Lead development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
Hiring & Onboarding - Manage full‑cycle recruiting for all departments
- Coordinate virtual and domestic hiring
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training framework
- Ensure all new hires are compliant with documentation and policy acknowledgments
Employee Relations & Investigations - Lead all employee complaints, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Provide documentation, findings, and recommendations to leadership
- Support lawful, defensible disciplinary actions and terminations
