**HVAC Mechanical Assembler**

**Job Description**

The HVAC Mechanical Assembler works as part of a production team on an assembly line to build HVAC units from the ground up, following detailed assembly and fabrication drawings. You install, fasten, wire, and test components such as fans, coils, motors, sheet metal panels, and refrigeration parts, ensuring each unit meets strict safety, quality, and performance standards. The role focuses heavily on sheet metal assembly to construct the outer shell of the units and then the internal components, using a wide range of hand and power tools while maintaining a strong commitment to safe work practices.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble HVAC units, including air handlers, heat exchangers, ductwork, and refrigeration components from pre-fabricated metal parts.
