Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting, mutual beneficial professional customer relationships.
• Lead a group of technicians that provide equipment service, maintenance, and repairs for HVAC and Mechanical equipment.
• Provide guidance and support to other HVAC technicians while efficiently managing their own tasks.
• Assist in solving equipment problems and implementation of solutions to prevent future occurrence.
• Provide technical assistance, training, development, motivation and leadership to the team.
• Assist Service Manager with project planning, scheduling and prioritizing of contracts and extra work with follow up to ensure service is provided in a timely manner.
