This role involves comprehensive administration within Human Resources, where you'll report directly to the Director, Total Rewards. Core responsibilities include managing employee data accuracy in HRIS, preparing analytics for decision-making, and facilitating various HR projects such as the implementation of SuccessFactors. Collaboration with the VP of Human Resources will ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
