Key Responsibilities
Lead simulation and analysis of hydraulic circuits within transmission and thermal control systems.
Develop simulation work packages aligned with Product Engineering (PE) methodologies.
Perform 1D hydraulic simulations to propose and validate product designs using advanced simulation tools and standards.
Analyze and optimize electro‐hydraulic solenoids to improve system performance such as, but not limited to, pressure oscillation mitigation.
Conduct simulations in accordance with project specifications, cost targets, and timelines.
Support testing activities by interpreting product functionality, failure modes, and performance data.
Present simulation results and insights to internal stakeholders and external customers.
Evaluate technical specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Continuously improve simulation tools and methodologies to enhance design feasibility and efficiency.
