**Job Description**
**Hybrid:** for this position is required to be on site 3x/week. Frequent travel is expected, including both domestic (within the country of base) and international trips across the APU region (Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay) and also Brazil.
**What you will do (responsibilities):**
_Go-to-Market Planning & Analytics_
Identify, size and prioritize coverage and performance opportunities in the IAM (Independent Aftermarket) for the APU region (Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay), using car parc, market share, IAM mix and channel data as key inputs.
Design, implement and continuously refine a regional methodology to measure IAM coverage, performance and parts market share, fully aligned with CCA IAM definitions.
Own the IAM KPI and reporting cadence for APU (e.g. IAM Mix, Gross Sales Add, Market Share, Coverage, channel and dealer performance), turning data into clear and actionable insights for commercial, marketing and network teams...
