About This Opportunity
- 12+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Middleware and integration platforms, primarily IBM ACE / IIB / WMB and IBM MQ and Cp4i SaaS.
- Proven experience managing Middleware projects and BAU operations, including complex integrations, platform upgrades, migrations, modernization initiatives, and continuous enhancements.
- Strong understanding of integration architectures and patterns, including event‑driven, publish/subscribe, request–reply, and synchronous/asynchronous communication models.
- Ability to plan, track, and govern middleware delivery, managing schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones, and financials across both project and run engagements.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with technical leads, architects, platform owners, and development teams to drive end‑to‑end delivery and outcomes.
