My client is a highly reputable and well regarded IFA practice in Edinburgh. A new opportunity has become available for an Office manager to join this stable IFA firm as they continue to grow. This is an excellent opportunity if you are already working as IFA support and are looking to progress your career and undertake additional team management tasks in due course but ideally working in an adviser's office currently as a manager.

Duties will include day to day administration such as processing applications, chasing outstanding information, dealing with external companies as well as assisting other support staff with workloads, working alongside your adviser hand in hand, covering both private client and corporate.
