**About this Opportunity**
Join Ericsson’s International Mobility (IM) team to manage complex mobility programs for the Americas (LATAM, USA, Canada) and support global assignments. Oversee the full mobility lifecycle — LTAs, STAs, business travel, foreign local hires, and executive moves — while advising leaders on cross-border risks, compliance, tax, and regulations.
This independent, high-impact role demands expertise in IM operations, consulting, vendor management, and compliance, with a focus on digitization, operational excellence, and employee experience.
**What You Will Do**
Advisory & Compliance
- Act as SME for Americas IM programs; advise on policies, risks, tax, payroll, labor law, and compliance.
- Ensure tax, immigration, labor law, and GDPR compliance.
