Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to corporate and individual clients for Canadian immigration, and coordinate global immigration programs.
- Prepare and file immigration applications with Canadian immigration authorities.
- Advise on complex issues involving Canadian law.
- Liaise with co-counsel in other countries on global immigration matters.
- Assist US team on immigration filings as necessary.
- Help drive new business through speaking events; conference participation; writing articles.
- May oversee immigration paralegal(s) in the US and Singapore.
