About The Role

Mathews Dinsdale, Canada’s only coast-to-coast management-side labour and employment law firm, is seeking a business immigration lawyer to join us and support our busy and growing national immigration practice. The successful applicant will work closely with leading lawyers in all of our offices and be part of a team providing legal advice to a diverse range of clients.

We have offices across Canada in Ontario, BC, Alberta and Atlantic Canada.

Responsibilities

• Support the national immigration practice and advise employer-side clients on a broad range of immigration law matters.
• Handle TFWP and IMP submissions, compliance audits, permanent residence and citizenship applications.
• Provide strategic advice and crisis management for workplace law matters.
