Our client is an established, full-service law firm. They are currently seeking a talented Immigration Lawyer with at least 4+ years of post-call experience to join their brand-new expansion office in downtown Toronto.

Your new role

In this new role, you will be responsible for carrying a full caseload focusing primarily on Immigration matters as well as coordinating the application process, including evaluating applications to identify category qualifications, researching the processes and requirements for different types of applications. You will be required to prepare submission packages for both basic and complex cases and submit them to various government agencies.
