Reporting to the Director of Implementation Services, this individual will play a key role in helping our partners to leverage Visa products and services to improve their business. As part of the Client Services team, you serve as the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of projects. North America Digital Implementations partners with issuers, acquirers, processors, FinTech’s, merchants and vendors to deliver consulting and project implementations. While the primary focus is Visa Direct, the scope also includes Token services and various Visa Developer Platform (VDP) offerings such as the Visa In‑App Provisioning SDK, Visa Transaction Controls and Visa Transaction Notification Service. The ideal person for this role would have experience with Visa Direct and other digital products and services.
