Import / Export Co-ordinator (Bi-lingual) We require an experienced Import / Export person for a maquiladora manufacturing facility in Tijuana.
The position is full time and office based.
Description & details of activities Correct preparation & processing of documents for the import and export of raw materials and finished goods.
Co-ordinate with our in-house Production, Shipping & Purchasing departments to ensure documents are correctly prepared and available in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate with external agencies (brokers, transport providers, customers, Government agencies etc.) and colleagues to ensure all shipments (imports & exports) are processed efficiently.
Track shipments in transit & notify colleagues accordingly.
Preparation and review of import and export invoices, as well as their submission to customs agencies.
Update records and systems with information on part numbers for raw materials, finished products, and machinery and equipment.
