Compensation and Benefits
Salary range (subject to factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity):
128,300 – 156,800 per year (based on a 35‑hour work week). Annual bonus target:
up to 12% of base salary with potential payment up to double the target depending on performance. Equity and Share Plan:
