Position Overview
Nilfisk is seeking an experienced and detail‐oriented Income & Sales Tax Manager to join our finance team in Mexico.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of income tax and sales/use tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filings, and managing audits.
This role requires a strong understanding of federal, international, state, and local tax regulations, as well as expertise in indirect tax processes.
This position covers all US legal entities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Tax/Other Indirect Tax
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all sales/use tax returns and filings; manage third‐party preparation of these returns.
Serve as the primary point of contact with sales/use tax authorities; coordinate and resolve all state sales/use tax audits.
Maintain the exemption certificate process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
