Key Responsibilities (The Core Workflow)

1. RFP / RFQ / RFI Analysis

• Receive, log, and thoroughly review all incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) from end-users and EPC contractors.
  

• Analyze technical specifications, data sheets, bill of materials (BOM), and commercial terms to determine bid feasibility and requirements.
  

• Identify any technical clarifications needed and communicate them promptly to the client's engineering or procurement teams.
  

2. OEM & Supplier Coordination

• Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), global sourcing partners, and aftermarket suppliers.
