**Responsibilities**:
- Generate production reports
- Support in the analysis of quality data, production, efficiencies and profits of the plant.
- Manage and control the plant contracting system.
- Manage the quality, shipping and production system of the plant.
- Handling, monitoring and management of the different work teams managed through the production engineers.
- Align with the strategy and coordination directed by the Maintenance Department.
- Compliance and follow up of production KPI's.
- Effective and assertive contact with areas involved in supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies of the Safety, Health and Environment department in accordance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineer, etc.
- Conversational English level.
- At least 5 years in a plant manager role.
