Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the CAIT function in Mexico, setting vision, structure, and operational excellence across creator and influencer initiatives.
• Build and evolve creator/influencer strategies aligned with client objectives, cultural relevance, and platform trends.
• Partner with senior leadership to position CAIT as a key revenue and growth driver within the agency.
• Develop end-to-end creator strategies across paid, earned, and affiliate campaigns.
• Identify and build relationships with top‑tier and emerging creators across LATAM.
• Ensure creator selection aligns with brand safety, audience targeting, and campaign KPIs.
