Responsibilities

• Internal Title: CAD III
  • Lead the prioritization and delivery of GIS initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.
  • Support updates to GIS roadmaps and implementation strategies, including resource planning, prioritization, risk management, and delivery oversight.
  • Design and implement GIS solutions using ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise, transforming complex data into dynamic web‑based visualizations for transportation and infrastructure projects.
  • Develop advanced web applications with Esri Experience Builder, Esri Story Maps, Esri Dashboards, and other ArcGIS tools to support stakeholder engagement and decision‑making.
