Johnson Controls is hiring a Test Engineer to develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for validating PCBAs and finish goods functionality.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop automated test scripts using various testing frameworks to implement functional test sequences on PCBAs and finish goods.Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing on PCBAs and finish goods.Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and enhance system functionality.Document test results, track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.Meet with R&D to define test strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.3-5 years of experience in test development activities.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.Proficiency in programming languages such as NI LabView, NI TestStand, Python, or C#.
